We are surrounded by posts all over the media telling us to be positive, believe in ourselves, get rid of negative people and situations. Do these posts really work for you?
I am interested to find out how much of an impact this makes on a person when they read them.
I know when I was going through bad times in my life some of them made me feel worse and more upset and overwhelmed and some of them did make me feel better and ready to make a change.
What does it for you, what posts, affirmation statements and quotes make you feel good and how many of them make you feel bad?
