It is easy to receive tips on what to do and what not to do, but what is the use of tips if you do not use them.
How many Pins, Blogs, Photos and quotes on tips do you have in a folder waiting for you to read when you have the time? Yes I know 🙂
Read the tips, think about them and then act upon them if they are a fit for you if not then discard them.
If however you see tips and they bring up fear, anxiety, stress and other distressful emotions then take notice of this. These emotions are what are stopping you being totally free of letting go.
