Worst foods are easy to figure out, even though we still eat them. Sugar, wheat, processed foods, fast foods to name but a few. Best Foods are not so easy to figure out. There are so many foods that are good for you depending on your current health situation. One thing to consider, what is good for one person is not always good for another person.
Some of the worst foods are linked to our emotions, in my book I mention about cravings and what emotions are attached to them. Therefore although we know what foods are bad for us there are times we cannot help but eat them.
There are so many ways to keep and eat healthy but once we change from an unhealthy diet to a healthy diet we are at a loss knowing what to cook. This is the one question my clients ask me when I am assisting them with their healthy lifestyle changes. Once you get an idea of what you like and what you should eat then you can find out what your own tastes are and make up your own recipes.
Make small changes to start with so you are not letting yourself get overwhelmed.
