How do you manage stress?
Stress to-day is with everyone, the world to-day is so busy and 24/7, there is not much time for downtown time, therefore Stress is part of every day life.
What are your stressors? Is it the kids, deadlines, traffic, money, relationships?
There are so many triggers it would take pages for me to list them all.
What do you do to manage all your stress?
Children and teenagers are under so much stress these days because of all the school work they have to produce and the need to compete for excellent grades to establish their future. There are over 10 million kids on anti depressants in the USA.
